TempoHour
Privacy Policy
Effective September 13, 2026
TempoHour LLC helps people receive, decide, and follow through on requests without opening their private day to everyone else.
Information we collect
TempoHour collects the information needed to operate your workspace and request links. This may include your name, email address, account details, request content, request status, reminder settings, and any phone number you choose to enter for account alerts or SMS escalation.
How we use information
We use this information to provide TempoHour, send the status and reminder communications you choose, maintain your private workspace, respond to support requests, and protect the service from misuse. Requesters can see only the request link, the information they submit, and the status made available to them. They cannot see your calendar, priorities, reminders, or private workspace.
Google account and calendar data
If you choose Google sign-in, TempoHour receives your Google account name, email address, and basic profile information to create and authenticate your TempoHour account. If you choose to connect Google Calendar, TempoHour requests permission to read events on calendars you own so it can show your day and check whether a requested time conflicts with an existing event. TempoHour also uses that permission to create, update, and cancel calendar events for meetings you have accepted in TempoHour.
Existing Google Calendar events are read when TempoHour needs to show your day or check availability; TempoHour does not keep a separate full copy of those events. TempoHour stores the Google authorization credentials needed to keep the connection working and the identifiers and meeting details needed to manage events created through TempoHour. We do not sell Google user data, use it for advertising, or use it to train generalized artificial-intelligence or machine-learning models.
How we protect Google user data
TempoHour transmits Google user data over HTTPS. Google OAuth access and refresh tokens are kept on the server, are not placed in browser storage or public URLs, and are encrypted with AES-256-GCM before database storage. Access is limited to authenticated server operations that need the data to provide the calendar features you requested. Application secrets and encryption keys are kept separately from public website code. We also limit service-provider access to what is needed to host, secure, and operate TempoHour.
Google data retention and deletion
TempoHour keeps Google account identity information while your TempoHour account is active. Google OAuth credentials are kept while your Google Calendar connection is active and they are needed to provide calendar features. Identifiers and details for meetings created through TempoHour are kept while they are needed to manage those meetings, maintain the request record, resolve calendar delivery problems, and meet legal or security obligations.
You can stop future Google access at any time by removing TempoHour from your Google Account's third-party connections. To request deletion of your stored Google authorization credentials, Google-derived data, or TempoHour account data, email support@tempohour.com from the email address connected to your account. After we verify the request, we will delete the requested data from active systems within 30 days unless we must retain specific records for fraud prevention, security, legal compliance, or an unresolved transaction. Data retained for one of those reasons is isolated from ordinary product use and deleted when the reason ends.
Google API Services User Data Policy
TempoHour's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
SMS and account alerts
SMS is used only for account notifications that you choose to enable, such as new-request, reminder, and request-status alerts. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You can reply STOP to an SMS to opt out or HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase. We do not use SMS to send marketing messages through this service.
Service providers
TempoHour uses service providers to host the application, store account data, deliver email, and send text messages. We share only the information needed for those providers to perform those services. We will not share mobile information or SMS consent with third parties for promotional or marketing purposes.
Your choices
You can update your workspace information and notification settings inside TempoHour. You may stop SMS by replying STOP. To ask about your information, request deletion, or request account help, email support@tempohour.com or call (404) 988-5889.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as TempoHour develops. When we do, we will post the updated version here with a new effective date.
